Payment methods
Since your order is shipped as soon as possible after receipt of your payment, we offer a wide variety of automatic payment options directly linked to order processing. It is also possible to choose the "traditional" bank transfer; however, please allow for an additional delivery time of one to two working days. If you prefer to pay later, this is possible via Klarna.
Below you will find a complete overview of the payment options we offer. It is possible that you do not see a specific payment method in the overview of payment options during checkout; this means it is not available at that moment due to certain items in your shopping cart.
Delivery
All our shipments are made in discreet and neutral packaging.
Our regular partner (since 2004; please see our partner page for details) for order delivery is PostNL. We ship all orders received to our customers from Monday to Friday. You have the option to choose delivery to your own address or a different address with delivery to neighbors (or not). It is also possible to have your order delivered to a parcel locker or a so-called PostNL parcel point.
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us; depending on your chosen shipping method, you will also receive an email from PostNL. In this shipping confirmation, you will find the direct link to your personal "track-and-trace page".
It is also possible to pick up your order at Drogisterij Karens (Veenderweg 95) or at our own branch at Lorentzstraat 4-A in Ede (Gelderland).

For orders within Europe, we apply the shipping costs listed below.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the package will usually be delivered to a local pick-up point.

iDeal
iDeal is the best-known payment platform for all customers with a Dutch bank account. Thanks to the automatic connection with our system, you can easily pay immediately after placing your order. Your choice to pay with iDeal results in a fast and easy payment in the trusted online payment environment of your own bank.
PayPal
PayPal is one of the first payment services used to make payments on eBay and in other online stores. PayPal is linked to your bank account, credit card, or your PayPal wallet itself.
Klarna
Klarna is the payment method for anyone who prefers to pay only after receiving the order. Please note: these payment methods do incur transaction fees of €1.95 per transaction. Furthermore, Klarna is not available for all countries to which we ship.
Bank transfer
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation containing the bank/payment details. As soon as we have received your payment, you will receive a confirmation, after which we will immediately proceed to ship your order (subject to availability).
Creditcard
We offer multiple credit card payment options, including the more well-known ones like Mastercard and VISA, as well as the lesser-known Cartes Bancaire, Dankort, and PostePay. If you have linked your credit card to PayPal, it is also possible to pay via PayPal using your credit card.
Apple Pay
Whichever payment card you have linked to your Apple Pay account, pay easily with Apple Pay using your Face ID, Touch ID, or the passcode of your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch. Bancontact (formerly MisterCash) is the largest payment method for holders of a Belgian bank account. Bancontact is affiliated with more than 20 different Belgian banks. Bancontact can be seen as an iDeal platform for Belgian bank account holders.

MultiBanco
Account holders of a Portuguese bank account can make payments via MultiBanco. MultiBanco can be seen as an iDeal platform for Portuguese bank account holders.

MyBank
Account holders of an Italian bank account can make payments via MyBank. MyBank can be seen as an iDeal platform for Italian bank account holders.
Przelewy24
Prussian bank account holders can make payments via Przelewy24. Przelewy24 can be seen as an iDeal platform for Polish bank account holders.
